We have sent all tests, scans, labs, blood work, radiology, and pathology down to M.D. Anderson.
We want a second opinion, and another set of eyes on Cindy's case. Now we're waiting for an appointment hopefully next week, and still meeting with the Austin team on Friday (tomorrow)

ReplyDeletePaul & Cindy - I'm so thankful that you are going to MD Anderson for a 2nd opinion. Pat & I have NO doubt that I would not be here today without the wonderful doctors there. Just so you know, if MD Anderson prescribes a certain protocol for Cindy's care that y'all can do her treatments here in Austin with her local oncologist. MD has the most cutting edge equipment, pathology, surgeons, etc - they are 2nd to none! Please call me or Pat if you want any advice or if you have any questions about what you can expect when you get there - it's like it's own little city. Continued prayers for your entire family!
